Arturo Morales

Arturo Morales, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, has enjoyed a distinguished nineteen year career in federal law enforcement. Morales has worked for more than a decade investigating human smuggling and human trafficking, and has held positions in the Safe Streets Task Force working with multiple federal and local agencies in Las Cruces, NM. He is currently attached to a task force in El Paso, TX, targeting human smuggling and trafficking.

Because of his extensive law enforcement experience, he has amassed a vast network of federal and local law enforcement and intelligence partners. Arturo’s firsthand experience has created a passion for advocacy—through both rescuing human trafficking victims and advocating for sexual assault survivors.
